Quentin Vaughan Quentin Vaughan is a NewPowerFitness(tm) Instructor and a Strength and Conditioning Coach from the International Sports Sciences Association. He has been a Fitness Trainer for over 15 years, after a very serious car accident which led to 3 years of recovery, he began to rethink the spiritual mind/body connection to fitness and conditioning. Fed up with the Fitness Industry's addiction to body image at any cost, he sought a more integral way. Combining Zen, martial arts, Native American wisdom, natural live foods, and several other disciplines he teaches that "Your Real Workout is Within."

He speaks of growing up experiencing Bruce Lee, Star Wars, theatre, meditation, "Out On A Limb", the band "Earth, Wind, and Fire", and seeing Ramtha on TV in the 80's, that's where everything clicked in. ...but also clicking in were life events and hormones! He was re-connected with Ramtha's wisdom from the movie What the Bleep.

NewPowerFitness is built upon freeing oneself from the illusion. "NPF" is about BALANCE. As Zen Masters say 'How you do anything is how you do everything' ...for thousands of years, Eastern arts such as Tai-chi, chi-gung, yoga, Native American ceremonies, etc were used to develop disciplines that delivered the Power of the Mind thru STILLING IT. Listen Now	January 30th, 2007 "Ring! Ring! It's your Manifestation calling!" The Q adventures continue since his first event at RSE, "You learn so fast with Ramtha!" He had to integrate what he learned and experienced and couldn't teach Yoga the same way. Much he focused on has manifested, and we hear of his travels down the rabbit hole into a burst of chaos! Not wanting to sound like he is "hyping" RSE, he speaks highly about it, it changed his life! "An unlimited place of learning, however far you choose to go it puts the power back in you." Now recently engaged, having found his love in a magical way, he speaks wisely on relationships --but uh-oh, his fiancée comes with "Ma the Oracle" cat --but his cat allergy can put him in the hospital. Listen Now	April 25th, 2006 "Flowing the Power" Not typical and going against the grain of the fitness industries' addiction to body image for profit, he says "I can create abundance by telling people the truth!" Already drawn to the mystical as a little boy (hearing about "the Force" in Star Wars did it!) and though rather sheltered, he was acutely aware of the impact of Vietnam war vets who, having left the community as young boys mainly interested in music, were now returning bringing the drug culture with them. He decided to make peace with that "...a common story of lower mind, not unique, not inherent to color, but to consciousness." He is delightful, witty, and wise, and as he lays out the path that has now led him to head for Ramtha's School it becomes apparent he was on his way there from the start!
